1. Above price are ex- works Delhi.
2. Taxes are extra as applicable.
3. Delivery 07- 10 working days machine ex stock prior to sales otherwise 25-30 working days.
4. Pre-Shipment Terms
a. Live Demo: Before the shipment of any Machine, the company will schedule a live demo offline or Online for the client, showcasing all the functions and features. After showing the demo of the machine then ready to shipment.
b. Pre-Shipment Payment: A 50% advance payment of the total price is required to process the order and schedule the live demo. The remaining 50% is due before the shipment or after the live demo is successfully completed. Any remaining balance pays via COD but COD charge apply.
c. Shipping Terms: Once the live demo is confirmed by the client, the machine will be shipped as per the agreed delivery terms.
d. Return Policy: If any machine generate invoice then No Return.
5. Installation & Commissioning:
a. This Machine is no installation required, if you want to any service of your home then we will charge INR 2000/- per day in Delhi per person, if out of Delhi state, then charge will be 3000 per person plus through and fro charges Road/rail ticket for one person,
b. Normally our person completes their works with 1 day but in case of non-availability of the power or any reason it takes more working days then we will charge INR 2000/- per day per person, If Field Engineer is agreed.
6. Limited Warranty:
6.1. This Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing, if such defects are revealed during the period of 12 months since the date of purchase. I will not provide any free training at your home.
6.2. The Warranty does not cover consumables or parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear.
6.3. The RSDK Industries shall not be held responsible for the Production loss. The defects and damages revealed during the Warranty period shall be removed free of charge exclusively by the RSDK Industries Service Center located in Delhi, India.
6.4. The Warranty does not cover: The RSDK Industries reserves the right to charge the Warranty beneficiary with the costs of service, transportation, insurance and customs clearance if the defect does not fall within the scope of this Warranty or the device has not been proven defective since the date of delivering the parts/machine to the Service Center.
7. Service Payment Terms
7.1. Advance Payment: The client agrees to pay 50% of the total service charge in advance before the engineer is dispatched.
7.2. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the service charge will be paid upon completion of the service.
7.3. Travel Charges: The client will bear the travel charges of the engineer, which will be calculated based on distance from the company’s office to the client’s location. Travel charges will be [mention travel cost or formula].
7.4. Service Charge: The client agrees to pay the total service charge amount, which is same state in Delhi charge will be 2000/ Day and Other State Charge will be 3000/Day. An additional 50% of the service charge is mandatory as half service charge for dispatching the engineer.
7.5. If the customer misbehaves or assaults the engineer, the entire responsibility will be yours and legal action will be taken against you.
7.6. COD Facility
7.6.1. COD Facility: If you want to Cash on Delivery, you are required to pay the delivery fee in advance.
7.6.2. Non-Delivery/Non-Collection: If you fail to collect the product, you cannot claim a refund for the transport charge.
7.6.3. Return Charge: Additionally, you will be responsible for paying a return charge if the product is not collected.
8. Termination of Service: The company reserves the right to terminate service if:
8.1. The customer fails to comply with payment terms.
8.2. Unauthorized modifications are made to the machine.
8.3. The customer fails to cooperate in the servicing process.
9. Manual machine warranty is only motor replacement.
10. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
11. All prices are in Indian Rupees only.
12. Due to continuous improvements, we reserve the rights to alter and/or dimensions/design without prior notice.
13. The Figure for capacities given are for guideline only may very force case to case and depending many factors.
